About Our Beef
Bar VI Ranch 100% grass fed beef is in Stock. It is all dry aged a minimum of 14 days and vacuum packed to preserve quality. The ground beef comes in one pound flat packs which are great for quick thawing and freezer space. We welcome orders by the quarter, half or whole animal.
Buy a half or whole beef and you can choose how you want your steaks cut, what type of roasts, how big of packages and much more.
Beef Price List - 2025
Our price per pound for a whole beef would be $ 6.75 lbs. Expect weights to be around 650 lbs hot hanging weight for a whole animal and you’d roughly get a third of steaks, roasts and ground beef depending on the cut sheet.
Our price per pound for a 1/2 beef will be $7.00 / lbs hot hanging weight and one can select the types of cuts you want.
Price for a 1/4 animal will be $7.50 / lbs hot hanging weight and one gets an assorted Prime Steaks/ Marinating Steaks/ Roasts/ Ground Beef/ Stewing Beef/ Soup Bones/ Ribs.
We also have lean ground beef in stock. It's 100% grass fed and sells individually for $9.50/lb in flat vacuum packs for easy thawing and storage.
